01Who we are

Rogue Treasure (“Rogue Treasure”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the parent company behind a growing family of products, including NumNull and As I Wait. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website (the “Site”) or contact us.

Each of our products has its own website and may have its own privacy policy describing exactly how that product works. Where a product’s own policy applies, it takes priority over this one for that product.

02Information we collect

We try to collect as little as possible.

• Information you send us. If you email us at main@roguetreasure.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write.
• Technical information. Like any website, the servers that host this Site and deliver its fonts may automatically receive basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and secure the Site.

We do not ask you to create an account on this Site, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

03How we use information

We use the information described above only to:

• reply to your messages and provide the support you ask for;
• operate, maintain and secure the Site;
• understand and fix technical problems; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

04Cookies & tracking

This Site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Our website stylesheet loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads. Google’s handling of that request is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy.

If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy first.

05Sharing & third parties

We share information only when it is needed to run the Site or our business, or when the law requires it — for example with our web hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf, or with authorities where we are legally obliged to.

Some of our products are distributed through app stores such as Google Play and the Apple App Store, and this Site links to our LinkedIn pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. Clicking a LinkedIn link takes you to LinkedIn; we receive no information from that click.

06Retention & security

We keep emails and related information only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our reasonable records, then delete them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

07Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email main@roguetreasure.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

08Children

This Site is a general company website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Site. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
