01About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Rogue Treasure (“Rogue Treasure”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the parent company behind a growing family of products, including NumNull and As I Wait. They govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02Definitions

• “Site” means this Rogue Treasure website and all of its pages.
• “Products” means the apps, games, websites, tools and services published by Rogue Treasure under their own names, such as NumNull and As I Wait.
• “Content” means all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, designs and other material on the Site.
• “You” means any person who accesses or uses the Site.

03Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you can form a legally binding contract under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

04Our products

Each Product may come with its own terms of use, licence and privacy policy, published on that Product’s website, in the Product itself or on its store listing. Those documents govern your use of that Product and take priority over these Terms where they conflict.

Where a Product is downloaded through a third-party platform (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store), that platform’s terms also apply, and the platform — not Rogue Treasure — handles the download, billing and refunds for it.

05Purchases & pricing

The Site itself does not sell anything. Any purchases, subscriptions or in-app items offered within a Product are governed by that Product’s own terms and by the platform through which you buy them. Prices, features and availability of Products may change at any time.

06Intellectual property

The Site and its Content — including the Rogue Treasure name and mark, the names, logos and icons of our Products, artwork, text and design — are owned by or licensed to Rogue Treasure and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell or create derivative works from any Content, or use our names or logos in any way that suggests endorsement, without our prior written permission.

07Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or encourage anyone else to do so;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by overloading it with requests;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect Content or data from the Site;
• impersonate Rogue Treasure, its founders or anyone else, or misrepresent your connection with us; or
• use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotional material.

08Feedback & submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback — for example by email to main@roguetreasure.com — you agree that we may use it freely to improve our Site and Products, without any obligation to compensate you. Please do not send us confidential information or material you do not have the right to share.

09Third-party links

The Site links to websites and services we do not control, including our Product sites, app stores and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10Availability & changes to the Site

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any Content on it, will always be available, complete or up to date.

11Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Treasure and its founders, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been told such loss is possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rogue Treasure and its founders, employees and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14Suspension & termination

We may restrict, suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Site in a way that could harm us, other users or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity — continue to apply after termination.

15Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Subject to that, the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

16General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
• Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
